Welcome to the Emerald Warriors Karate Website.
In our club we practice Simmey-Do Full Contact Karate, which was developed in 1991 by its founder and Chief International instructor Shihan Salam Kahil (7th Dan.)
Simmey-Do Full Contact Karate is based on Sosai Masutatsu Oyama's Kyokushin Full Contact Karate.
Simmey-Do means "Way of the bright spirit."
Our Chief instructor in Ireland is Sensei Patrick Cawley (4th Dan)
The Emerald Warriors Karate Club was officially opened in Ireland in December 2008.
